Elena Gilbert - Gryffindor

Elena is a Gryffindor for her bravery and loyalty in the face of danger. She may only be human but that never stops her from saving the people she loves. On some occasions she has helped to save vampires from being killed. When Stefan was down a well she climbed in to get him out, and when Damon was about to be killed outside Bree's bar she talked the other vampire out of killing him. With the promise that her friends and family will be killed if she isn't sacrificed, Elena voluntarily tried to give herself over to protect the people she loves, only to be stopped by Damon.
